1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services offered by Kinbridge, located at 248 Ekkamai Road, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. By registering for or attending any session, workshop, or programme, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms.

These terms apply to all participants, enquirers, and visitors to our website at kinbridgee.biz. If you have questions about anything set out here, please reach out to us before registering.

2. Nature of Our Programmes

All sessions and programmes offered by Kinbridge are educational and informational in nature. This includes:

  • The Family Communication Workshop
  • The Mediation-Support Information Session
  • The Co-Coordination Skills Programme

Our content is designed to share general knowledge, frameworks, and communication skills. Nothing delivered in any Kinbridge session constitutes professional advice of any kind — including legal, psychological, financial, or interpersonal guidance specific to your situation. Participants are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support for individual circumstances.

3. Enrolment and Participation

To attend any Kinbridge session, participants must complete the registration process and, where applicable, pay the associated programme fee in advance. Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

  • Sessions are open to adults aged 18 and over.
  • Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Kinbridge reserves the right to decline a registration where a programme is not an appropriate fit for a participant's stated needs.
  • Group sessions are conducted in English unless otherwise indicated.

4. Fees and Payment

Programme fees are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable at the time of registration. Current fees are:

  • Family Communication Workshop — ฿3,400 per person
  • Mediation-Support Information Session — ฿6,800 per session
  • Co-Coordination Skills Programme — ฿11,200 per enrolment

All fees are stated inclusive of applicable taxes. Kinbridge reserves the right to adjust programme fees with reasonable notice. Adjustments will not apply to enrolments already confirmed.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Our approach to cancellations is as follows:

  • More than 7 days before the session: A full refund will be arranged, less any payment processing fees.
  • 3 to 7 days before the session: A 50% refund is available, or the registration may be transferred to a future date.
  • Fewer than 3 days before the session: No refund is available, though we will try to accommodate a rescheduling request where possible.

If Kinbridge needs to cancel or reschedule a session, participants will be notified as early as possible and offered either a full refund or a transfer to the next available date.

6. Participant Conduct

Kinbridge sessions are spaces for respectful, open-minded reflection. We ask all participants to:

  • Treat facilitators and fellow participants with courtesy and respect at all times.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of anything shared by other participants during group sessions.
  • Refrain from recording sessions without prior written consent from Kinbridge.
  • Avoid disruptive behaviour that may affect the experience of others.

Kinbridge reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a session if conduct is deemed disruptive or disrespectful. No refund will be given in such circumstances.

7. Materials and Intellectual Property

All session materials — including worksheets, templates, handouts, and structured plans — are provided for personal, non-commercial use by enrolled participants only.

  • Materials may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used in commercial settings without written permission from Kinbridge.
  • The Kinbridge name, logo, and programme content are the intellectual property of Kinbridge and may not be used without authorisation.
  • Participant-created materials (notes, personal reflections) remain the property of the participant.

8. Limitation of Scope

Kinbridge programmes are educational experiences. We do not offer, and participants should not interpret any session content as:

  • Psychological support, counselling, or mental health intervention
  • Legal advice or guidance on individual disputes
  • Family mediation services as regulated under Thai law
  • Any form of outcome prediction or outcome assurance

Participants who need professional support are encouraged to seek appropriately qualified practitioners independently. Kinbridge is not responsible for decisions made based on programme content.

9. Privacy and Data

Personal data provided during registration or through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We process personal data only to the extent necessary to manage enrolments, communicate about sessions, and improve our programmes.

Kinbridge complies with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) of Thailand. By registering, participants consent to the processing of their data for enrolment-related purposes.

10. Website Use

The Kinbridge website at kinbridgee.biz is provided as an informational resource. While we make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and up to date, we cannot warrant that the website will be free from errors or interruptions at all times.

Continued use of our website or registration for a programme after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes, we encourage you to contact us before registering.
